Souvenir of Brugge, Belgium. The surface of mounting area has faded from time as shown in photo with glass removed.
Lace piece is 4.75” in height. Frame is 7.25” x 5.25”. Frame is plastic with oval glass. Purchased in the mid 1980’s.
