This 16 Gal. vac was engineered for the Pros with the toughest cleanups. The drum offers maximum capacity at 16 Gal. and the 2-piece drum construction provides lasting durability. The 16 Gal. NXT vac includes the first ever 2-1/2 in. locking accessories that lock onto a wand or hose. It features the patented Qwik Lock Filter Fastening System that makes installing or removing your filter quick, easy and secure. The included RIDGID OSHA compatible kit with HEPA-media filter and cyclonic pre-separator dust bags includes 1 RIDGID VF6000 5-layer allergen filter and 2 RIDGID VF3602 premium cyclonic dust bags. When installed together (in select RIDGID vacs listed below), this kit is OSHA Silica Table 1 Compatible for certain dry dust collector control methods and HEPA-filtered vacuum control methods (1926.1153) within the limitations of their airflow performance.

For OSHA silica table 1 compatibility, employer/user must confirm that the airflow requirements as specified by the tool manufacturer are satisfied by the airflow rate from the RIDGID vacuum, all select vacs provide a minimum of 100 CFM
For OSHA silica table 1 compatibility, employer/user must check the grinding wheel diameter when selecting a RIDGID wet/dry vac to ensure 25 CFM per inch of wheel diameter criteria is met
